	Decarbonisation We have a business ambition to be net-zero carbon emissions by 2050 and are working to ensure that our businesses and products are part of the solution. We are accelerating existing levers to decarbonise our operations and supply chain, in line with our 2030 roadmap and we are partnering to innovate new technologies and solutions. We are also innovating and delivering the low carbon solutions needed for a decarbonised and resilient built environment, including the construction of energy efficient buildings and clean energy infrastructure.
	Circularity We are committed to delivering a more resilient built environment, one that encompasses the principles of the circular economy. As a leader in the use of wastes and by-products from other industries as raw materials and fuels in our processes and products, we see the circular economy as a growth opportunity for our business and a cornerstone to delivering solutions for the future. For decades we have been collaborating with industry partners and innovating to drive materials efficiency across the life cycle of our products and the buildings and infrastructure made from them.
	Water We are committed to help solve the global challenges associated with water. We work to conserve, efficiently manage and recycle water at our own operations, as well as provide solutions for water management to enhance the resilience of communities and the built environment. Our innovative solutions are helping to upgrade and build new water infrastructure, enabling the capture, treatment, distribution and access to clean water supplies and treatment of wastewater. We also have a wide range of solutions to strengthen the resilience of cities and the wider built environment against coastal erosion, flooding, and stormwater
